It is the customers responsibility to let Bark Appeal know if one or more of these shipping options do not deliver to a specific area. Bark Appeal ships out the most economical way for the customer. Free Shipping over $295 is after any discounts have been applied. Free Shipping at this amount is after any discount has been applied, and orders placed direct with Bark Appeal.
